Relentless Labs is a proudly Canadian supplier of laboratory and research products. We are committed to product quality, transparency, responsive customer service and reliable Canadian shipping.

All vial-based peptides and research compounds sold by Relentless Labs are intended strictly for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational or scientific research. They are not medicines, natural health products, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics.

Research Use Only

All peptides and related research compounds are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only.

Our products are not intended for:

Human or veterinary consumption.
Injection, ingestion or topical administration.
Diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure or prevention of disease.
Bodybuilding, weight loss, anti-aging or athletic-performance use.
Cosmetic, household or recreational use.
Use as an ingredient in food, drugs, cosmetics or natural health products.

The “Research Use Only” designation applies regardless of information published elsewhere about a compound. Product names, scientific descriptions and references to published research do not change the intended use of products sold by Relentless Labs.

Purchaser Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and confirm that:

You have reached the age of majority in your province or territory.
You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered.
You possess the knowledge, facilities and qualifications necessary to handle research materials safely.
Your purchase is connected to a legitimate research, analytical, educational or scientific purpose.
You will comply with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and local requirements.
You will not use or permit the products to be used on humans or animals.
You will not resell, relabel or represent the products as medicines, treatments, supplements or consumer products.

Relentless Labs may request information reasonably necessary to verify purchaser eligibility or intended research use. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order that appears inconsistent with these policies.

Prohibited Activities

Customers must not:

Administer our products to any person or animal.
Request medical, dosing, injection, treatment or personal-use instructions.
Make unauthorized health or therapeutic claims about our products.
Resell products for human or veterinary use.
Remove, obscure or alter product warnings, batch numbers or labels.
Falsify purchaser qualifications or intended-use information.
Purchase on behalf of a prohibited or unqualified person.
Use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.

Evidence of prohibited use may result in order cancellation, account restriction or refusal of future service.

Product Information and Educational Content

Product descriptions, articles, calculators, diagrams and other website materials are provided for general scientific and educational information only.

Nothing on our website constitutes:

Medical or veterinary advice.
Diagnosis or treatment advice.
A dosing or administration recommendation.
A representation that a product is safe or effective for human use.

Any calculator provided by Relentless Labs is a general mathematical reference tool. It does not recommend a dose, route of administration, research protocol or human use.

Customers are responsible for independently evaluating all information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their lawful research requirements.

Quality Assurance and Laboratory Documentation

Relentless Labs works with established suppliers and independent laboratories to support product identity, purity and quantity verification.

Where a product is represented as independently tested:

Testing documentation relates only to the identified sample or batch.
Certificates of Analysis should be matched using the product name, batch or lot number and report identifier.
Chromatographic purity does not by itself establish sterility, endotoxin status, biological safety or suitability for any particular application.
Results may be affected by sampling, transportation, storage and analytical limitations.

Relentless Labs does not claim that a product is sterile, pyrogen-free or suitable for clinical use unless that specific characteristic has been tested and expressly documented.

Customers should contact us if they cannot locate the applicable testing documentation or believe that a vial does not match the associated report.

Product Inspection and Complaints

Customers must inspect their order promptly after delivery.

Concerns involving an incorrect product, damaged vial, missing item, compromised seal, labelling discrepancy or suspected quality issue should be reported through our Contact Us page as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

Your order number.
Product name and strength.
Batch or lot number.
Description of the concern.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.

Do not discard a product connected to a quality complaint until Relentless Labs has provided instructions. We may request that the product be returned or preserved for investigation.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance by Relentless Labs.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order because of:

Product availability.
Pricing or listing errors.
Payment concerns.
Suspected fraud.
Purchaser eligibility concerns.
Possible prohibited use.
Regulatory or legal restrictions.
Shipping limitations.
Unusually large or repeated orders.

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will return the applicable payment unless we are legally required to hold or report the transaction.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other fees will be shown before an order is completed.

Relentless Labs may correct genuine pricing, inventory or description errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected item.

Customers are responsible for following the payment instructions associated with their order. An order may remain on hold until payment is confirmed.

 Shipping and Delivery

Relentless Labs currently ships to eligible Canadian destinations using the carriers and services displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, remote locations, carrier interruptions, holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Monitoring tracking information.
Ensuring the package can be received safely.
Contacting us promptly if tracking indicates a delivery problem.

An order is not considered lost merely because it arrives later than the estimated delivery date. Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or refund is approved.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact Relentless Labs promptly through our Contact Us page.

We will review the order, packaging, photographs, tracking information and applicable batch records. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, store credit, refund or another reasonable resolution.

Claims may be denied where damage or loss resulted from:

An incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Failure to retrieve or accept delivery.
Unauthorized forwarding or redirection.
Improper storage after delivery.
Alteration, misuse or disposal of the product before investigation.
Failure to provide information reasonably required to assess the claim.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Order-cancellation requests must be submitted before shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Because research products require controlled handling and chain-of-custody protection, products that have left our control generally cannot be returned to inventory or resold.

Returns may be considered when:

Relentless Labs supplied the wrong product.
A product arrived damaged or defective.
The order qualifies for cancellation or refund under applicable law.
Relentless Labs provides written return authorization.

Customers must not send products back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Product Holds, Withdrawals and Recalls

Relentless Labs may suspend sales, quarantine inventory, withdraw a product or contact affected customers when a potential quality, labelling, supplier or regulatory concern is identified.

Customers receiving a product-hold or recall notice must follow the instructions provided and discontinue research involving the affected material when directed.

Cooperation with a product investigation does not automatically establish that the product was defective or unsafe.

Privacy and Information Protection

Relentless Labs collects only the personal information reasonably necessary to:

Process and deliver orders.
Confirm payments.
Provide customer support.
Prevent fraud and misuse.
Maintain legally required business records.
Communicate with customers who have provided appropriate consent.

Information may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, ecommerce, payments, analytics, email or delivery.

Relentless Labs uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information under its control. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers may contact us to request access to or correction of their personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Email and Promotional Communications

Relentless Labs sends promotional emails only where consent or another lawful basis exists.

Promotional messages will identify the sender and provide an unsubscribe method. Transactional communications concerning orders, payments, security or customer-service requests may continue when necessary even after promotional consent is withdrawn.

Intellectual Property

The Relentless Labs name, logo, product imagery, website design, written materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to Relentless Labs.

Content may not be copied, modified, republished, sold or used commercially without prior written permission. Limited personal reference use does not authorize reproduction of our branding or product materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relentless Labs is not responsible for losses arising from:

Prohibited or unauthorized product use.
Failure to follow storage and handling requirements.
Reliance on general educational content.
Customer-supplied address or order errors.
Unlawful resale, relabelling or distribution.
Events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these policies excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Relentless Labs harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, prohibited administration, unauthorized resale or material breach of these policies.

Governing Requirements

These policies are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province or territory connected to the transaction.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

Policy Updates

Relentless Labs may update these policies to reflect operational, legal, regulatory or security changes.

The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
